Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . However, Articles 12c to 12f of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 883/2013, as inserted by point (13) of Article 1 of this Regulation, shall apply from a date to be determined in accordance with the second subparagraph of Article 120(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1939.
