ANNEX II Annex II contains the following model animal health certificate: MODEL AQUA-ENTRY-ESTAB/RELEASE/OTHER Model animal health certificate for the entry into the Union of aquatic animals intended for certain aquaculture establishments, for release into the wild, or for other purposes, excluding direct human consumption MODEL ANIMAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR THE ENTRY INTO THE UNION OF AQUATIC ANIMALS INTENDED FOR CERTAIN AQUACULTURE ESTABLISHMENTS, FOR RELEASE INTO THE WILD OR FOR OTHER PURPOSES, EXCLUDING DIRECT HUMAN CONSUMPTION (MODEL ‘AQUA-ENTRY-ESTAB/RELEASE/OTHER’)
