Article 2

Except as set out in Article 1, no objections are raised with regard to the lists of installations covered by Directive 2003/87/EC as submitted by Member States pursuant to Article 11(1) of Directive 2003/87/EC and the data corresponding to those installations. This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
