Article 2

1. The Commission issues a warning to National Nuclear Research Centre (Instituto Superior Técnico, Campus Tecnológico e Nuclear – CTN). 2. The warning is imposed with the understanding that the shortcomings listed in Article 1 be rectified as soon as possible. 3. Based on the report referred to in Article 3 and its own verifications, the Commission will assess CTN’s compliance with the requirements set out in paragraph 2.
