Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/148 Article 2

Entry into force and application

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 27 March 2021 and to data and information submitted to EFSA or the Commission in relation to re-evaluation procedures launched and follow-up steps taken from that date.
