Entry into force and application

Article 7

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1(4), Article 2(2), Article 4(4), Article 5(2) and Article 6(5) shall apply from 1 May 2021. Article 3(2)(a) shall apply from 1 May 2021. Article 3(2)(c) shall apply from 1 July 2021. Article 3(1), 3(2)(b), 3(3), and 3(5) shall apply from 1 September 2021.
