Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/699 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . This Regulation shall apply from 18 May 2022, with the exception of Article 2 and point 4, point 6, point 9 and point 15 of Annex I which shall apply from 18 May 2021.
