Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 847/2006 is amended as follows:
(1)
in paragraph 1, the words ‘all countries’ are replaced by the words ‘all third countries except the United Kingdom’;
(2)
in paragraph 2, the words ‘all countries’ are replaced by the words ‘all third countries except the United Kingdom’.
