Article 2

1. The derogation shall apply to products that have been exported from Cabo Verde and declared for release for free circulation in the Union during the period from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2023. 2. The derogation shall apply to products up to the annual quantities listed in Annex I (tuna) and Annex II (mackerel and frigate mackerel). 3. Application of the derogation is subject to compliance with the conditions laid down in Article 43 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446.
