Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 2 December 2022. However, the following provisions shall apply from 2 December 2021: (a) Article 2; (b) Annex I, points (2) and (4); (c) Annex III.
