Article 2

1. The Commission may review the suspensions for the products listed in the Annex: (a) on its own initiative; or (b) at the request of a Member State. 2. The Commission shall review the suspensions for the products listed in the Annex during the year preceding the date envisaged for mandatory review set out in the Annex.
