Nomination

Article 8

1. The Commission and Member States may submit nominations to the Award Board for the award of: (a) UCPM medals for long-standing commitment based on the criteria laid down in Article 6; (b) UCPM medals for extraordinary contribution based on the criteria laid down in Article 7. 2. The Commission, through the Emergency Response Coordination Centre, shall regularly review nominations and report to the Award Board when the criteria referred to in Article 6 are fulfilled.
