Article 1

In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 12 is replaced by the following: ‘12. Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Bank of Greece for the financial years 2022 to 2026.’.
