Definitions

Article 2

For the purpose of this Regulation, the following definitions applies: (1) ‘critical benchmark’ means a critical benchmark pursuant to article 20(1), points (a) and (c), of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011; (2) ‘third country benchmark’ means a benchmark whose administrator is located outside the Union.
