Subject matter and scope

Article 1

This Regulation lays down uniform practical arrangements for the performance of official controls on the presence of contaminants in food, regarding: (a) the annual uniform minimum frequency of these official controls; and (b) specific arrangements and specific content for the Member States’ MANCPs, in addition to those laid down in Article 110 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625.
