Disclosure of voting guidelines

Article 6

Investment firms shall disclose the information referred to in Article 52(1), point (d) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 by using template IF IP4 of Annex I to this Regulation and by following the instructions set out in Annex II to this Regulation. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
