Repeal

Article 14

Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014 is repealed with effect from 1 January 2023. However, it shall continue to apply to: (a) aid applications for direct payments lodged before 1 January 2023; (b) payment claims made in relation to support measures implemented under Regulation (EU) No 1305/ 2013; (c) the control system and administrative penalties as regards rules on cross-compliance.
