Definitions
Article 2
For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions apply: (1) ‘specified pest’ means Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilbersky) Percival; (2) ‘specified plants’ means plants of Solanum tuberosum L. other than seeds.
