Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1203 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Point (2) of the Annex shall apply from 2 August 2024. Point (3) of the Annex shall apply from 2 August 2027.
