Connection and access to the carrier interface

Article 4

1. Carriers shall connect to the carrier interface through one of the following: (a) a dedicated network connection; (b) an internet connection. 2. Carriers shall access the carrier interface through one of the following: (a) a system-to-system interface (Application Programming Interface); (b) a web interface (browser); (c) an application for mobile devices.
