Formalities before the start of the movement of excise goods after release for consumption
Article 6
1. The consignor shall submit the draft electronic simplified administrative document referred to in Article 4 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1636 to the competent authorities of the Member State of dispatch. 2. The draft electronic simplified administrative document shall be submitted no earlier than 7 days before the date indicated on that document as date of dispatch of the excise goods concerned
