For the purposes of this Regulation, the definitions in Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2090 ( 9 ) , Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/808 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1644 apply.
