Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2346 Article 3

Entry into force and date of application

Article 3

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. It shall apply from 22 June 2023. However, Article 2(3) shall apply from 22 December 2022.
