Notification threshold

Article 3

1. This Regulation shall not apply to individual aid for any project with eligible costs in excess of EUR 2,5 million, or where the gross grant equivalent of the aid exceeds EUR 1,25 million per undertaking per year. 2. The thresholds set out in paragraph 1 shall not be circumvented by artificially splitting up the aid schemes or aid projects.
