Programme of activities of the applicant credit institution
Article 3
An application for authorisation as a credit institution shall contain a programme of the activities of the applicant credit institution, including: (a) a list of the activities that the applicant credit institution intends to carry out, including the activities listed in Annex I to Directive 2013/36/EU; (b) a description of how the programme of operations (the business plan) aligns with the proposed activities. An applicant credit institution may omit from the application information that is solely relevant to activities not listed in the programme of activities, provided that it identifies in the application which information has been omitted and cites this provision as the basis for that omission.
