Article 4

Article 13(1) of Decision (CFSP) 2023/855 is hereby replaced by the following: ‘1. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to EUPM Moldova for the period from 24 April 2023 until 21 May 2025 shall be EUR 13 356 508,08. The financial reference amount for any subsequent period shall be decided by the Council.’.
