ANNEX IISupplementary provisions

ANNEX II Annex XXVIII-C (Rules applicable to postal and courier services) shall be amended by adding the following EU acts: — Regulation (EU) 2018/644 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 April 2018 on cross-border parcel delivery services. — Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1263 of 20 September 2018 establishing the forms for the submission of information by parcel delivery service providers pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/644 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Timetable: the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/644 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1263 shall be implemented within 1 year after the date of entry into force of this Decision.
