Entry into force and repeal

Article 3

1. This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2024. 2. Decision (EU) 2020/136 (ECB/2020/2) is repealed with effect from 1 January 2024. 3. References to Decision (EU) 2020/136 (ECB/2020/2) shall be construed as references to this Decision.
