1. Without prejudice to the prerogatives of the Commission on the external representation of the Union, this Decision is addressed to the Republic of Poland until the accession of the Union to the Bering Sea Convention.
2. After the accession of the Union to the Bering Sea Convention, this Decision is addressed to the Commission which shall represent the Union at the meetings of the annual Conference of the Parties.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
