Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2023/955

Article 37

In Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2023/955, point (1) is replaced by the following: ‘(1) “energy poverty” means energy poverty as defined in Article 2, point (52), of Directive (EU) 2023/1791 of the European Parliament and of the Council  ( *1 ) .
