Repeal

Article 3

Directive 2002/65/EC is repealed with effect from 19 June 2026. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by this Directive, and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in the Annex to this Directive.
