ANNEX IISupplementary provisions

ANNEX II In Part 2, Section 2.10, first paragraph, of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 the following indent is added: ‘— ≥ 0,1 % of a substance classified as endocrine disruptor for human health category 2; or — ≥ 0,1 % of a substance classified as endocrine disruptor for the environment category 2.’
