Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1449 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1(2) to (4) and (6) shall apply to aid as from school year 2023/2024.
