ANNEX IISupplementary provisions

ANNEX II Energy efficiency classes A. The energy efficiency class of a smartphone or a slate tablet shall be determined on the basis of its Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) as set out in Table 1 for smartphones and table 2 for slate tablets. The EEI of a smartphone or a slate tablet shall be determined in accordance with Annex IV, point 1. The repeated free fall reliability class of a smartphone or a slate tablet shall be determined on the basis of the number of falls without defect as set out in Table 3. The number of falls without defect shall be determined in accordance with Annex IV, point 4.
