Regional research programme

Article 136

Member States with fishing vessels engaged in commercial fishing activities targeting the rapa whelk ( Rapana venosa ) in GSA 29 shall participate in the regional research programme aiming at the sustainable exploitation of rapa whelk in the Black Sea, in a way that takes into account fisheries, socioeconomic and environmental objectives.
