Article 3

In accordance with the procedures and conditions laid down in the Annex to this Decision, the Commission is authorised to approve, on behalf of the Union, amendments to the Protocol adopted by the Joint Committee established under Article 9 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community, on the one hand, and the Republic of Kiribati, on the other.
