In Annex SSC-5 to the Protocol, Part II, the section entitled ‘LITHUANIA’ is replaced by the following:
‘LITHUANIA
(a)
Social insurance work incapacity pensions, paid under the Law on Social Insurance Pensions
(b)
Social insurance widow’s / widower’s and orphans’ pensions, calculated on the basis of the work incapacity pension of the deceased person under the Law on Social Insurance Pensions’.
