Council Decision (EU) 2024/2824 Article 2

Article 2

The position referred to in Article 1(1) shall be expressed by the Member States of the Union that are members of the ICAO Council in accordance with the Treaties, acting jointly in the interest of the Union. The positions referred to in Article 1(2) and (3) shall be expressed by the Member States of the Union in accordance with the Treaties, acting jointly in the interest of the Union.
