Article 3

The amount of the contributions to be paid by the parties to the EDF as a first instalment for 2025 is hereby set at EUR 359 000 000. It shall be paid as follows: (a) for the Commission, EUR 350 000 000; and (b) for the EIB, EUR 9 000 000.
