Article 2
Bulgaria shall ensure that: (a) movements of sheep and goats from the protection, surveillance and further restricted zones to a destination located outside the external perimeter of the further restricted zone as set out in Point B of the Annex are prohibited until the dates listed in the Annex; (b) movements of sheep and goats from those parts of the territory of Bulgaria that are not listed in the Annex, to a destination located into the restricted zone are only be permitted, if they are authorised by the competent authority and the animals are moved directly to a slaughterhouse, for the purpose of immediate slaughter; (c) the means of transport and movement of sheep and goats referred to points (a) and (b) comply with the requirements laid down in Article 24 and 28(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687.
