Article 2
1. Member States shall adopt and publish, by 10 January 2026, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof. They shall apply those measures from 11 January 2026. However, Member States shall apply the measures necessary to comply with the amendments set out in Article 1, points (9) and (13), from 11 January 2027. By way of derogation from the third subparagraph of this paragraph, Member States shall apply the measures necessary to comply with the amendments set out in Article 1, point (13), of this Directive as regards Articles 48k and 48l of Directive 2013/36/EU from 11 January 2026, and with the amendments set out in Article 1, point (9), of this Directive as regards Article 21c(5) of Directive 2013/36/EU from 11 July 2026. When Member States adopt those measures, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such reference shall be laid down by Member States. 2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the main measures of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive.
