Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/482 Article 50

Entry into force

Article 50

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 27 February 2025. Chapter IV and Annex V shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
