Information to be provided by reporting authorities

Article 4

Exclusively for the purposes of Article 9a(1), point (a), first subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, reporting authorities shall provide the EBA with all of the following types of information: (a) the general information specified in Article 5 of this Regulation; (b) the information specified in Article 6 of this Regulation about material weaknesses; (c) the information specified in Article 7 of this Regulation about any measures taken.
