Responsibilities of AGORA administrators

Article 8

AGORA administrators shall be responsible for: a) registering AGORA users, and granting and revoking access to AGORA; b) acting as the main contact point for the Commission for issues relating to AGORA, including providing information on aspects relating to the protection of personal data in accordance with this Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and Regulation (EU) 2018/1725; c) providing knowledge, training and support, including technical assistance and a helpdesk, to AGORA users registered by them; d) ensuring the efficient provision of adequate responses by AGORA actors.
