Article 3

1.   Requests for exemption from the duty extended by Article 2 shall be made in writing in one of the official languages of the European Union and must be signed by a person authorised to represent the applicant. The request must be sent to the following address: European Commission Directorate-General for Trade Directorate G Rue de la Loi 170/Wetstraat 170, CHAR 04/034 1049 Bruxelles/Brussel BELGIQUE/BELGIË Email: TRADE-TDI-INFORMATION@ec.europa.eu 2.   In accordance with Article 13(4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, the Commission, after consulting the Advisory Committee, may authorise, by decision, the exemption of imports from companies which do not circumvent the anti-dumping measures imposed by Article 1, from the duty extended by Article 2.
