Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/738 Article 4

Article 4

1. This Regulation shall enter into force the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. Provisions repealed by Articles 2 and 3 shall continue to apply to imports accompanied by the undertaking invoice issued before entry into force of this Regulation and for which the declaration for release into free circulation has been accepted within 30 days following the publication of this Regulation in the Official Journal of the European Union.
