Transposition of amendments to Directives (EU) 2015/2366 and 98/26/EC
Article 5
Member States shall adopt, publish and apply, by 9 April 2025, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Articles 3 and 4. They shall immediately communicate the text of those measures to the Commission. When Member States adopt those measures, they shall contain a reference to this Regulation or shall be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such reference shall be laid down by Member States.
