Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2019/817

Article 70

In Article 6(2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/817 the following point is added: ‘(d) a secure communication infrastructure between the ESP and the router established by Regulation (EU) 2024/982 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *4 ) .
