Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1084 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply to new infrastructures deployed from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. It shall apply from 1 January 2026 as regards infrastructures already deployed at the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
