ANNEX IISupplementary provisions
ANNEX II The Annex to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 is amended as follows: (1) in PART 2 ‘Requirements for a class C1 Unmanned aircraft system’, point (15) is replaced by the following: ‘(15) provide the remote pilot with a clear warning when the battery of the UA or its CMU reaches a low level to allow the remote pilot sufficient time to safely land the UA;’; (2) in PART 3 ‘Requirements for a class C2 Unmanned aircraft system’, point (17) is replaced by the following: ‘(17) provide the remote pilot with a clear warning when the battery of the UA or its CMU reaches a low level to allow the remote pilot sufficient time to safely land the UA;’; (3) in PART 4 ‘Requirements for a class C3 Unmanned aircraft system’, point (13) is replaced by the following: ‘(13) provide the remote pilot with a clear warning when the battery of the UA or its CMU reaches a low level to allow the remote pilot sufficient time to safely land the UA;’.
